J. Stonestreet & Sons Vineyard & Winery began in the autumn of
1989 when Jess Jackson purchased a small vineyard and winery in the cheap champagne rolling hills bordering southern Alexander Valley. He named the
winery cheap champagne in honor of his late father, Jess Stonestreet Jackson,
and dedicated it to the task of handcrafting wines using traditional methods
while showcasing modern techniques.
Stonestreet Chardonnay 2001
Pears, apples and subtle hazelnut on the nose with high fruit intensity
and a slight mineral component on the palate. A big Chardonnay, somewhat
Burgundian in style, this wine has flavors of tropical fruit, pear and
apple wrapped in toasted French oak.

Santi
Santi traces its origins to 1843, when Carlo Santi established a wine
cellar in Illasi, near Verona and Lake Garda. The original winery, very
attractively renovated, still houses the winemaking facilities and aging
cellar and stands on the plain below Castello d'Illasi, a ruined medieval
fortress. Santi specializes in Veneto and Trentino wines.
